Often people socialized as women find themselves taking care of others as a default way of being in the world. This can be partially fulfilling, but at some point our needs demand the attention they deserve and we need help re-prioritizng our lives. I am dedicated to providing women with a safe environment to process relationship transitions, career choices, issues related to family of origin, existential crisis and experiences of grief and loss. I am particularly adept at serving women who suffer from vicarious trauma due to the nature of their work (social workers, nurses, physicians, aid workers etc,). I am also keenly aware of the way in which our problems evolve with us throughout our lifetime and enjoy working with women at all stages of experience. Working together will offer the opportunity to dive deeper into your place in the world and how you want to spend your precious time and energy.

I am a Perinatal Mental Health Certified Clinician with Postpartum Support International, passionate about supporting individuals through the various stages of family planning. My focus is on providing care specifically to women as they transition toward motherhood, with a strong foundation in reproductive mental health.
Navigating the journey to motherhood can be challenging. Many women are unprepared for the obstacles that may arise while trying to conceive (TTC). Infertility can be a lonely experience, and pregnancy loss is often traumatic and isolating. I offer a safe space where you can be seen, heard, and validated.
Every path to motherhood is unique and deserves compassionate, attentive care from an experienced professional. If you have experienced multiple losses or other forms of reproductive trauma, please know you are not alone. Our sessions provide a supportive environment for you to share your experiences.
If your transition to motherhood is going smoothly, that’s wonderful! You are still an excellent candidate for support. Our society often overlooks the needs of birthing individuals and their babies, and I am dedicated to providing emotional and mental health support, as well as practical guidance and resources when needed.
I’m pleased to offer Women’s Circles, providing a unique opportunity to benefit from the collective wisdom of group members while enjoying a more affordable option for support and personal growth.
Connecting with other new mothers can be one of the best forms of mental health support. I invite you to join the 4th Trimester Mamas Support Group. This group is an opportunity to meet other women as you learn how to navigate motherhood, develop self-regulation skills, share experiences, commiserate over lost sleep, and celebrate the joys of motherhood—all from the comfort of your home.
I offer a free 20-minute consultation to help you explore how I can support your journey. Together, we can begin the process of moving from feeling overwhelmed to flourishing.
